We, at Ingenium, are exceptionally careful in working with a discreet number of clients - in most cases the leading firms/companies in each sector so that there remains a legitimate market to search in. Other firms may promote search or headhunting as a tool but it is unlikely that they can carry this out in the true and ethical sense of the term as they will encounter off limits issues with existing clients.
